Joyner & Jordan-Holmes was formed in 1991 as a racially and gender diversified, law firm with emphasis on litigation, business law and government law. The practice includes representation of governmental entities, businesses and individuals. The firm offers representation to clients in a broad range of state and federal litigation proceedings, municipal finance and a variety of services within the context of real estate, probate and business related matters including contract and procurement matters, litigation, and consultation on other matters.
