CLARK JORDAN-HOLMES

EXPERIENCE
Clark Jordan-Holmes is a Certified Mediator whose specialties include Governmental Law and Litigation. He is a Founding Member of the Federal Transit Administration’s TCRP Legal Research Project (1993-present) and a Founding Member of the Florida Association of Code Enforcement. He is also General Counsel to the Hillsborough Area Transit Authority and Special Counsel for Lien Collection for various local governments. He has represented both insurance companies and individuals in personal injury cases.

Other experience includes Staff Member, Center for Governmental Responsibility; Law Clerk, District Court of Appeal of Florida, Second District; and service in the United States Army as the District Intelligence Advisor in Loc Ninh, Vietnam, and as the Officer-in-Charge of the First United States Army Language Training Facility. He separated as a Captain and was awarded the Bronze Star with an oak leaf cluster and the Cross of Gallantry from the Republic of Vietnam.
